Department: Human Resources Reports To: Director of Human Resources Salary: $60-70k Position Summary: The HR Associate supports the Human Resources Department by assisting with recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations. This role ensures smooth HR processes that foster a positive work environment for staff, faculty, and student employees at Living the Dream University. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with university policies and legal requirements. Provide support for payroll processing, timekeeping, and attendance tracking.
