Architectural Style
Rustic elements: natural wood beams, exposed stone, green landscaping, and courtyards.
Industrial elements: exposed steel, large windows, open ceilings, polished concrete.

Color palette: neutral grays, warm wood tones, soft greenery accents.
Residential Area (Dorms)
Cluster of 3–4 mid-size dorm buildings (3 stories each).
Interior: suite-style living with communal kitchens and lounges.
Outdoor: shared firepit courtyards, shaded seating, garden paths.
Each dorm is connected by pedestrian walkways lined with trees + rustic lighting.
Performing Arts Theater
Multi-purpose black box & main stage theater.
Rustic-industrial vibe: brick façade with steel beams, glass lobby.
Inside: retractable seating for 500–800, adaptable for plays, concerts, and guest lectures.
Shop Class / Vocational Labs
Large workshop building with roll-up glass garage doors.
Equipped for woodworking, metalworking, and creative trades.
Open-air workspaces and outdoor project yards with safety fencing.
Wellness & Fitness Center (Gym)
Full gym with weights, cardio, yoga & dance studios.
Connected to locker rooms and wellness counseling rooms.
Large windows with outdoor views + solar panels on the roof.
Athletics Zone
Indoor basketball arena (2 courts, bleacher seating for 1,000).
