Living the Dream University is currently in the process of seeking authorization by the Tennessee Higher Education Commission (THEC) to operate as an online postsecondary institution.
The information below reflects our projected tuition model for planning purposes and is subject to change pending THEC approval. We are not yet enrolling students or accepting tuition payments.
Projected Tuition Rate

Fees
In addition to tuition, the following institutional fees are planned:

Technology Fee: A $100 fee per term will help support our online learning systems, software, and technical support services.

Student Services Fee: A $75 per-term fee will provide access to tutoring, academic advising, and student success resources.

Graduation Fee: A $50 fee will cover the cost of processing diplomas and final transcripts for graduating students.

Transcript Fee: A $10 fee will apply for each additional official transcript request.

Late Payment Fee: A $25 fee will be charged for any overdue tuition balances once billing operations begin.
Scholarship & Financial Access Policy
Living the Dream University is dedicated to making higher education accessible to all adults, including those with special needs and limited financial resources.
To support this mission, LTDU offers a structured scholarship model:

Families with annual income above $150,000
→ Pay standard tuition of $350 per credit hour. -
Families with annual income below $150,000
→ May qualify for full or partial scholarship support, including the opportunity to attend tuition-free through LTDU scholarship programs, depending on available funding.
To promote financial sustainability and equitable access:

Up to 70% of enrolled students may receive full-tuition scholarships each academic year.
These scholarships are made possible through institutional funds, grants, corporate partnerships, and charitable donations.
The Dreamer Scholarship
Coverage: 100% tuition + fees
Description:
Awarded to students with demonstrated financial need and a strong commitment to personal growth and community engagement.
Eligibility Highlights:

Priority given to adults with disabilities and first-generation college students.

Must maintain academic progress.
